Die besten französische Restaurants in Hackensack

The newest restaurant on 57th Street has had rapid turnover in predecessor restaurants over the past several years. Expectations had gotten low. Paris, however, is owned by the Fireman group which runs3 other very good restaurants within a block. This one is different, it has french theme. The salmon dish was wonderful, as was the goat cheese appetizers. The service was helpful in explaining the unique and tasty non alcohol drink offerings. The onion soup was exceptional. This place also has a roof location, but didn't try it. Hope these guys make it.Will go back often if they do.

Cognac is one of our favorite "Go To Restaurants" in our neighborhood and a place to which we also enjoying inviting guests. Last night's dinner began with exceptional gougeres and the cuisines was excellent throughout. We loved our window-side table, which was cozy and where we could hear well, too.

We have eaten caviar service here for years and it has always been amazing, last night we combined caviar service with a number of a la carte items - every dish was outstanding- the meyer lemon foie gras, bluefin tuna & golden egg, stunning amuse bouche and a beautiful puligny-montrachet. Service was top notch and we can’t wait to return - thanks to all the staff for making this a night to remember

Place is beautiful! Service was very good. They have a very good bar at the entrance. We had a salad and a omelette not so soft how we like it.
