At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world.     My friend and myself came to bight for their weekend brunch menu. The food was tasty, with plenty of yummy options to choose from. Janet’s service was fast, friendly, and super attentive. The cocktails were great too, and the view was beautiful—perfect spot to enjoy a meal and relax. 10/10 experience and for sure my favourite brunch spot in the city.

    Omg…fabulous Every little detail Jess was our waitress and despite the restaurant being busy with other valentines dining we never felt rushed. She made drink and desert recommendations that paired perfectly and tasted AMAZING! My favourite restaurant

    We went for the Valentine's Day 3 course and it was divine. Good wine, got a nice booth, and it was just a delightful evening after that. The food was plentiful, the wine was good quality and purchasable by the bottle, the service was exquisite and the orders came out in a timely manner. Will definitely be back.
