Liz (i believe that was her name, she is blonde and very attentive) was great!! Good atmosphere, yummy food, great spot to watch the packers play!

The entire experience was fantastic. Our server (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was lovely....very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the flavor of the dishes and cocktails for us. She was incredibly attentive, but not overbearing. The food was amazing. Cool soundtrack playing as well. Great time....will definitely dine at Birch again!

Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.

Very good vibe pregame, a lot of energy. Food and drinks were good as was service.

The steak was very well cooked (medium rare but on the rarer side) and the potatoes were good. The bistro is in the lobby of the hotel, so it has the potential to be loud depending on the day. It was nice and quiet while I was there
