Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.     Our weekly visit to Loch Bar was exactly what we were looking for after a hectic week. Nice lively crowd, very good food and drinks, and good service from Isabella. We will be back soon!

    Cindy Lou's Seafood, in the Harbor Point neighborhood of Baltimore, is a nice casual restaurant located in the lobby of the Canopy hotel on the water with views of the inner harbor - including an excellent view of the Domino Sugar factory just across the river. We enjoyed a Saturday brunch there recently with some of the most memorable tastes. We highly recommend the Cream of Crab soup, the Shrimp and Grits, and the specialty cocktail that day which was something called "Waffles on Sunday" and included a mix of Piggy Back Bourbon, Whistlepig Barrel Aged Maple, and orange bitters. Overall, the food, views and ambience were excellent. We can't wait for the weather to get warmer so we can enjoy the waterfront patio. Highly recommended!
