First visit to this new resto. Great service, hardworking, friendly staff. Enjoyed our chats with Kevin who was very attentive. We're there for happy hour on a Friday and was great to see a full house. This seasoned team (Porch, Merchants) finally may be the ticket. This location has seen a few concepts come and go. The welcoming fire bowl out front and welcoming staff were nice touches. Appies were great. We loved the whipped feta dip (def need more than 2 focaccia to dip though! Soon yummy.), wings and ribs tasty. The calamari was different to what you normally get....would prefer crispier. We'll def go back!

The food is always exceptional here. Everything on the menu is dynamite. Service is always wonderful. Only complaint, it’s always freezing in there no matter what time of the year I go and the seats by the stairs are the worst seat in the house and I somehow always get sat there. Minor inconvenience for some of the best food in Calgary though.

Good value for price. Food was good and had lots of variety for the price. Water and coffee included in price. Service was average at best. Our water glasses did not get refilled and had to get up to ask for coffee. Would eat here again for a filling / delicious meal at a great price.

We had a great evening at The Living Room. Our food was fabulous! The two of us shared the burrata, the autumn salad, the vitello tonato, the duck confit, and the creme brule. I didn't love the vitello as much as the other dishes, which were stellar. Cooked to perfection and flavorful. We also had fabulous service. I'd recommend it and definitely go back.

Lunch with my wife and a good friend. We were seated promptly after arriving. Our server, Mika, served us water right away. She came back asking about drinks which came shortly after. In be a few minutes our food order was taken and the food was very good. Great time.
