Die besten kanadische Restaurants in Port Hope

A friend and I meet here from different parts of the GTA. It’s a perfect halfway point and this restaurant is perfect. The food is amazing. I can’t say enough about the green mango salad (!!!) and the zucchini soup (bravo). I highly recommend this gem.

Confirmed 7 PM reservation for 4 but upon arrival we were told there was a private function thru 7:15 PM and they initially didn’t honour the reservation. In fact, the other couple was turned away. Fortunately we’d eaten at Social previously and travelled a long way from Newmarket & Campbellford so they set us at the bar until our table was ready. As previously, the food was worth the wait - coconut curry mussels, ravioli, beef cheeks, everything. Looking forward to going back again.

I had the lamb is was under seasoned and the accompanying vegetables over thought, a little pretentious. But presented well. Service was excellent and very attentive.

Great vibe, excellent food, staff was friendly and helpful. Price was moderate and certainly not more expensive than anywhere else.

The food was delicious and the service outstanding. We loved the playdo for the kids and the kids menu was short and easy for the young one to understand and make a choice. We've been here before and we'll be back!!
