Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration. But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. Das war mit Abstand das beste Essen auf unserer Reise in Nova Cotia und wir hatten einige sehr gute kulinarische Erfahrungen. Sehr originell und handwerklich exzellent.

Da es im Innenraum bereits um 17:30h laut war, entschieden wir uns für einen Tisch im Patio. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir bestellten die angesagte Crobster Roll und eine Flasche Tidal Bay. Das Essen wurde extrem schnell gebracht. Es wurde auf einem Metalltablett und in der für Wings üblichen Plastikschale serviert. Nungut: der Name sagt es: Canteen! Die Flasche Wein nahmen wir dann mit nach Hause. Schade, der erste Eindruck mit Stoffservietten und edlen Weingläsern war sehr gut; der Crobster sehr schmackhaft, aber bitte auf Porzellan servieren!
