Skua is a small basement restaurant and bar located on St Stephen street in Stockbridge. The food menu, led by Head Chef James Aikman, is seasonal, refined, well balanced and innovative. Ein wunderbares Restaurant. Die Vorspeise und Nachspeise waren exzellent, der Hauptgang war auch sehr gut. Die Auswahl war nicht allzu groß aber es ist auf jeden Fall für jedermann was dabei. Die Bedienungen waren alle samt sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Absolut überwältigt!
