Serving imaginative craft cocktails and a vast list of agave spirits, BARCOA is often described as "vibey," "sexy," and "the time of my life" (says some dude from Mesa). Agave spirits such as tequila, mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, and sotol, are the stars here, available as flights, neat pours, or however you like.Reservations are only available for the basement bar. Highly recommended!!!! We enjoyed great service, food, and live music before seeing a show at Stand Up Live. Every server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink options, and the musician performing while we were there was SO good! We ordered the nachos with chicken, soft pretzels with queso, and the fries; all were delicious!!! Can’t say enough good things about Copper Blues and the wonderful staff, thank you for a great night out!

Food was magnificent especially the Wings! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and made sure we were having a good time and that we were comfortable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience! And loved the Christmas Decor!
