Backed by travel and research every few months we pick a new region from India to explore and discover new hyper regional cuisine. This season we are cooking Parsi menu, a delightful blend of Persian and Gujarati flavors, reflecting the rich heritage of the Parsi community that migrated to Gujarat hundred’s of years ago to call India their home. Characterised by its use of fragrant spices, dried fruits, and a balance of sweet and tangy flavors, Parsi dishes are both unique and comforting. hands down my favourite restaurant in Melbourne. excellent service - warm and friendly. the food is superb from start to finish including the desserts (so often the weak spot of Melbourne restaurants). a good number of options and cooked beautifully. the wine list is off the charts. so many great bottles to choose from. could not recommend highly enough
