Der ChoLon-Markt, der größte chinesisch geprägte Markt in Saigon, diente Chefkokoch Lon Symensma als Inspiration für die Gerichte im ChoLon Bistro. Die Karte ist in mehrere Kategorien unterteilt, um es Inen zu ermöglichen, während des Essens viele unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen auszuprobieren und zu teilen. Die Bar und Lounge serviert handgemixte Cocktails, die eigens zur Verfeinerung der Kreationen von Küchenchef Symensma entwickelt wurden. Im Loungebereich des Restaurants befindet sich eine große Projektionsleinwand und ermöglicht es Ihnen auch geschäftliche Besprechungen und Präsentationen hier abzuhalten.
