Der preisgekrönte Smoker wurde aus den USA importiert und so gebaut, dass der Garvorgang dem des ursprünglichen Prozess über den Feuerstellen entspricht. Verwendet wird traditionell amerikanisches Hickory- und Mesquite-Holz, um dem Fleisch seinen vollen Rauchgeschmack zu geben. Das Fleisch verbleibt für bis zu 16 Stunden im Smoker.
