Market Place Kitchen and Bar is a traditional American restaurant, operating with a theme of preparing all cuisines with organic and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. Good food and great attentive service. Everything was served professionally and the waiters never rushed us. When my son's filet was overcooked they fired a new one immediately and it was perfect! Not many restaurants are open on Thanksgiving and we appreciate the price fixe menu options, wine and service.
