As always, Coyote Cafe proves that they remain an iconic part of the Santa Fe food scene. Our early dinner for 6 had no misses: great service, drinks & food.

Guest from CA Bay Area (with plenty of outstanding restaurants) thought this restaurant was great! We had diver scallops and elk - both excellent. Service was outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, really knew which wines paired best with the entrees.

Coyote Cafe continues to outdo themselves. The new menu is really great and the service by Paris was top notch. We love sitting at the chef’s counter and watching the cooks work their magic. Can’t wait to go back.

At last!!! Coyote Cafe is back! It has been my reliable go to since my first visit in the 90's - 25 years before I became a resident of Santa Fe. In 2024 I was shocked by a stunning decline in every aspect of the cuisine - a decline also noticed by a number of friends who feared that the glory days of this exquisite restaurant were over. But Dakota is back!! When a friend told me that master chef Dakota had returned, I reversed my resolve to never return and happily discovered that the genius of the Coyote kitchen has indeed returned. I can personally attest to Coyote Cafe's return to excellence. Congratulations to the owner(s) and staff!

From start to finish, the energetic yet reserved, attentive and direct service all made for a phenomenal fine dining experience. The unique take on Caesar salad, Prawns, Filet Mignon, Elk Tenderloin, and reduced strawberry with ladyfinger cake made for an unforgettable night. Impeccable food ambiance, service and management.

We had a lovely evening at Coyote Cafe celebrating an important birthday of one of our family members. The staff was attentive, accommodating and very kind. The food was outstanding. We will definitely return.
