Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

Our thanksgiving meal was delicious! Our waitress was so kind and happy to do thanksgiving out and not cook! Stuffing mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes were set!

We stopped by for lunch before doing some shopping and we both had a Godfather sandwich for lunch along with the Villa Antinori Wine from Tuscany. The afternoon was perfect to sit outside. Our waiter Carlos was excellent and very friendly. The manager stopped by our table to ask if we were enjoying everything which was very kind and a nice touch. The restaurant is always great and has a professional waitstaff. Cheers!

We were there for brunch. The service and food were excellent. On Sunday they were only serving bloody Mary's or Mimosas and the drinks seemed weak.

Ordered Chicken Parmigiana for my entree and it was to come with Spaghetti. I asked if I could have Angel hair pasta, she said yes. I'll come back to this point in a moment. The chicken was dried out, overdone, i tried to get through it and gave up. They replaced the dish which was better but not by a lot. I would put it on my list of one of the worst Chicken Parm ever. Check comes and the Parm. was $5 more than the menu. The waitress confided that she neglected to tell me about an automatic up charge when she put it in the computer that I changed the pasta, outrageous! Manager finally without a smile took it off. Be careful, changing something from the menu description leads to an upcharge.

Hello John, I am very sorry our pollo parmigiana was not up to our standards, as it is one of our most popular dishes! Can you please call and ask for me personally so I can obtain additional information. I would love to discuss this with the server who took care of you to make sure proper procedures are being followed. You are able to sub Spaghetti for Cappellini Marinara for no additional charge so that was most definitely in error. The only time we upcharge is if a guest orders bolognese or a different sauce than what comes with the dish. I look forward to hearing from you.

Known for its food, ambience took our out of town guests here. Seated right away despite how busy and with heat lamps. However, got way too hot & service took forever on requests. Never got our cracked pepper & waited for check. Needed more service in the back

Great food, service and ambience. The cold seafood salad was one of the best we have tasted. Loved that my cacio de Pepe was prepared right in front of me .
