Black&Blue is a contemporary American Steakhouse with Las Vegas flair, and a 21 and up dining experience. B&B was recently named San Diego’s “Most Romantic Steakhouse” by the San Diego Union Tribune, and most recently awarded as the Best Steak House Best Seafood by San Diego A-list! At B&B we offer the choicest meats, freshest seafood and most dazzling desserts to delight the mind and body that will transport our guests into a world of indulgence and taste.     We had a wonderful time! First time we tried Black and Blue. Great place for a special occasion. Delighted with the quality of the food. The service was impeccable. We will be back!

    Just everything about Black and Blue is exceptional. Food prepared to perfection, service is personal, expert, friendly, and quick, and even the tabletops are gorgeous! It really ranks with the very best in our experience, and we’ve experienced many top restaurants. To top it off, an exceptional value! So grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant nearby.

    We did the “special” menu. Great choices! Our server, Star, was lovely & attentive. Good spacing between courses. Lovely evening!

    Probably the best steak house in Southern California. Outstanding filet with prices that can’t be beat.

    Everything was really really good. The Cap of Ribeye (med-rare/rare) melts in your mouth. There are 4 different complimentary bread choices, all really good - the biscuits were our favorite. And the sides come in good portions - ie: you could probably split 2 sides of mashed potatos and Brussel sprouts between 2 people. And the service was also really good. Had some good recommendations, and they were very nice. Gave us a hand-signed card for our anniversary by like 12 people on their staff. Only bad thing: if your an ice cream connoisseur, the dessert of cheesecake (best ive ever had) and purple ice cream, the ice cream was freezer burnt, but taste was good. But I mean it was complimentary anyways cause it was our anniversary, so good surprise.

    What a lovely dining experience! Once walking in & seated, Luciano & Victoria took care of us. We indulged in their appetizers & entrees w/a lovely wine. Topped it off with/their delicious desserts. Appreciate they all made it such a special evening out & compliments to the entire staff & chefs. Look forward to returning w/family & friends in the future.
