Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. Best and favorite new Santa Rosa restaurant. Food and drinks exceptional. And the bartender on wed/thurs nights the Best too! Incredible French fries and edamame

Bird & The Bottle is always delicious! Many offerings that include interesting and unique flavor combinations, and gorgeous presentations. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting to all, and the staff is attentive but not invasive. I especially enjoyed my first encounter with blistered edamame... YUM!!

Fun environment with a partner or even family and friends. Food is off the charts. Staff really accommodating and friendly. Best thing on the menu is the ribs, everything green, gem salad, and the fries are the bomb. Thank you for always providing us with a great experience.

The meal was outstanding! We liked the small plates, so we could try a few dishes to share. Our favorite was the bone marrow.

Keep forgetting what incredible meals that I have every time I go and wish I could just try every single thing on the menu. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score was a little too much of a lag time for waters served and waiter to help us. Other than that it was a perfect lunch and no question I will keep coming back and tell all my friend as well.

I love this place, but today was the first time ever that the food was only ok. The Brussell sprouts were terrible. Not sure what the flavor combo was supposed to be but these should be removed from the menu. The little gem salad was bland, lacking dressing. The cheese curds rule. The chicken skin wraps were pretty good.
