    Very busy being a Saturday night, adult starter and children’s meal all came the same time as adult mains, a little inconvenient but the friendliness of the staff made amends. Good portion sizes and value for money, I prefer the Canary Wharf branch as Covent Garden restaurant felt a little claustrophobic but overall they’ve done a good job with the space they have.

    Quick service, food good albeit a bit overpriced but just what you would expect in London. Drinks seriously overpriced. You have to not mind keep being knocked into as seats are very close together and not much room for guests/waiters to walk through.

    The food was good. However, unfortunately the staff was really disappointing. Totally disregarded my booking requests and then forgot about our table, leaving us to wait to order for a while.

    I use to love Big Easy but what an absolute let down. Was fairly quiet but waited ages for our order to be taken, had to ask for our drinks twice and our food arrived before these. Was looking forward to my lobster California roll but browned avocado and very dry brioche. The other lobster roll well let’s just say the lobster and shrimp hadn’t been cleaned properly. Will never eat there again service and food both shocking

    We usually make the trip down to London a few times a year and a trip to The Big Easy is typically always on the cards, however the service was so awful we likely won’t be back. Upon arrival we sat at the table for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to acknowledge us or take a drink order, food and drinks were ordered the same time, with both arriving together. My 4 year old son’s food was forgotten as well as two of the side orders. We hadn’t been checked on and had to flag down a staff member to ask for our son’s food. No one checked how the food was until well after we finished, we were never offered a second drink, nor were we offered desserts. We had also asked for a scoop of ice cream with a candle as we were celebrating a birthday, that was also forgotten and we hadn’t to go down and ask again for this. Our table was left dirty after we finished for quite some time until a manager cleared our plates, but didn’t not clear any of the unused side plates or dirty napkins. We then sat waiting for either desert menus or the bill and when neither came we had to ask another server for the bill. This was on a quiet night which most staff seemed more interested in watching Sundays premier league highlights, than providing any level of service. Our bill was not modified for missing orders that did not come out until later and of course, the 12.5% service was still included.
