Der Service war völlig überlastet! Keine Chance etwas zu trinken zu bestellen! Der Koch war so unter Druck dass er alles zusammen, also Vorspeise und Hauptgang, gekocht hat!

Dieses Mal war es erstaunlich ruhig und sehr angenehm, ein gemütliches Abendessen mit einem sehr guten Koch. Leider wurde das Ganze getrübt, als auf der Rechnung 5$ pro Person für Knoblauchbutter berechnet wurde, was sich dann als falsch rausgestellt hat (0,50$) und die Korrektur dann mindestens eine halbe Stunde gedauert hat. Das geht gar nicht. Dann sollte man die 0,50$ vielleicht auch weglassen!!!

Waited two hours for our food, we barely got service getting our drinks 3 drinks in 2 hours. When the chef did come he argued with another guest almost right away then disappeared. Food itself was over done and disorganized we didn’t get half of what we were supposed to. Save your money go somewhere else

Kept us waiting for our 7pm table for a full half hour. Then once sat. Waited another 20 for chef. This seems to b benihanas MO. Everyone we talk to says they keep u waiting. A 7:30 pm turned into an 8:30. Too long

I would not go to this Benihana. It is understaffed and not a great experience. It is definitely not family friendly. The food, when it came, was good (who doesn’t love fried rice)….We sat for an hour with 3 little kids before our food came. Also know for big groups there is a tip automatically included (no one mentioned this to me). I inadvertently added a 20% tip on top of the terrible service. The only bright spot was that our chef, Ricardo, was great.

Great experience as we went there for my husband birthday. Ambience was good and this location by far is my favorite. We were over looking the water which was very nice. The only thing I thought was not so great, I thought they would have done something nice for a birthday and nothing. But that’s ok, it still was good.
