   Marilynn is as N amazing server and Kai was an amazing chef. it was very busy and yet they gave a lot of attention to us and did a wonderful job making the experience very nice for our family and the other family at the Taibel who was celebrating birthday. Marilyn really went above and beyond to accommodate us all and was terrific. I highly recommend going here for a delicious meal.

   The food wasn’t so flavorful for hibachi as I expected, but the service overall was excellent. Our waitress Sophie was very attentive and friendly. I will be sure to come back to this location and possibly use a different hibachi chef.

   I have been to Benihana tons. The waiter seemed very rushed. We got through out soups and salads before even getting out drinks from the bar. We ordered an appetizer that never came when asked waiter said he forgot. The chef came and although the food was good. It was definetly small portions we were a table of 8 he cooked the wrong meat. Only make 6 slices of zucchini for 8 people. I usually have an entire container of food to take home which makes it worth it. There was no show no egg roll, no volcano of onion, no chopping of the veggies and seeing if we can catch it. It was my bday and I left extremely disappointed don't know that I will be back.

   It was a great experience. The servers are lovely, the chef’s are amazing and interactive, and the location is perfect inside and out. Great place to visit during the week!

   Horrible service we waited for a whole hour before we got our drinks. There was a hair in my salad and instead of just removing the salad they insinuated that it was my hair. I already waited over an hour and all I asked was to remove the salad off of our order. But no the manger literally picked up the hair in the salad to inspect who hair it was. It was disgusting. No apology, no we will remove the salad off of your tab just a battle of who hair it was. I was appalled with the way they handle the situation. I will never go back to this restaurant.

   My reservation was for 8:30p, we didn’t get seated until 9p. During our wait to be seated, another customer brought a “service dog” that was not following commands and peed on the hostess counter (not on the floor, ON THE COUNTER TOP). when we were seated it took another 30 minutes for our order to be taken. I made the unfortunate choice of choosing seafood - and was forced to watch our whole table be served their entire entrees before mine was started. As my food was being put on my plate (11p) the waitress was already charging everybody’s cards - since everyone else had finished their meals. While i do recognize that it was valentine’s day- it was unfortunate that i couldn’t eat during the hibachi experience. The food was good, but i had to eat it at home. Also - i never got my rice. The staff was pleasant, but they may need either hire more staff or book less reservations in a night.

   I had high hopes for a special Valentine’s Day dinner at Benihana, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I ordered the Chateaubriand, expecting a perfectly cooked, tender cut of steak. However, despite requesting medium, what I received was well-done, tough, and completely lacking in flavor. The texture was unpleasantly chewy, making it a struggle to enjoy. The shrimp appetizer was another letdown. It was not cleaned properly, as I could still see the brown vein, which was very unappetizing. It’s disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber would overlook such a basic preparation step. Additionally, I ordered white rice, which was supposed to be brought out separately from the hibachi table. Instead, it didn’t arrive until it was time to pay, long after it would have been useful with my meal. From the overcooked steak to the poorly cleaned shrimp and the untimely arrival of my side dish, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of Benihana, I expected much better. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, but unfortunately, this meal did not live up to the occasion. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

    We went there for Valentine’s Day on 2/13/25 and basically it was a good experience, but the server did not change my wife’s drink and we had to ask
