    The host was rude I walked in she never greeted me I had to tell her I had a reservation and when I was seated that’s when everything became better the waiter was wonderful she made sure we had everything we needed the cook was ok he really wasn’t engaging my overall experience was 50/50

    One of the worst experiences ever dining out. 3 hours and the cook wasn’t even finished

    We made we made a reservation to not be seated for another two hours on top of that after we were seated we didn’t even get our order taken for another hour. We had to get up and get our own drinks. The place was filthy and the service was terrible

    Of course I don’t want to complain because I understand it was busy due to Valentine’s Day, but to be honest our experience was horrible. Why have open slots available to book if you are at capacity. To have a reservation at 9:45 and not get your food until 11:45 is insane and it’s not acceptable. This was my first time going and probably my last at this specific location. I watched people still be seated at 11:15 when they were supposed to close at 11. Definitely disappointed

    I had reservations for 8pm however I wasn’t seated until 9pm. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes but it was not. When I arrived on time for my reservations I was told they still haven’t seated the 7pm or 7:15. I booked reservations for 8pm and the chef arrived at our station at 10pm this was extremely inconvenient and acceptable! This is the second time I’ve had to wait an extended time with reservations, my time is valuable to me but clearly not at Benihana.

    Honestly was a nightmare, even with a reservation we all had to wait an hour and a half to be seated. I never was told the chicken fried rice was an up charge and didn’t see it until the bill came. I don’t think I will be back.

    Tbh it was my first time nd last the service suck the manager look like he on drugs they need to up grade everything because this wasn’t it poor everything this restaurant need to be shut down until they get everything together !

    The Habachi chef jokingly said she would not perform for us like the chef at the other table. We thought she was kidding. She was not. No tricks or signature entertainment was performed by our chef. We had two young children at our table who had to watch the OTHER chef for their entertainment. The food was not prepared as it usually is. Couldn’t cut meat. Didn’t cut shrimp into pieces as they usually do. I think I’m done going to this location.

    This is a really great spot that just needs some proper leadership and training for the front of house staff. The chef that came out and did our meal was wonderful personable and made some very good food however, on our arrival, there was nothing but chaos upfront, and it seemed like the staff there was having a hard time understanding where people were going and communicating with the customers effectively. If I had to give one suggestion, I would say that the staff upfront needs some insight on when and what to communicate to customers to inspire confidence and organization, rather than chaos and desperation. The bar and sushi area were pretty empty and seem to have the least busy service , but instead of directing patrons to enjoy that space while they wait for their hibachi table, everybody was grouped in the main waiting area about 30 deep waiting for their reservation long past it’s time. We arrived five minutes prior to our reservation then waited 30 minutes to be seated then waited an additional 30 minutes to have our order taken then waited an additional 15 minutes for our chef to come out and begin. We have no problem waiting, but if we were communicating that there was long wait times and the staff was a bit more thorough and taking care of some of our smaller needs. In the meantime, the experience would’ve been significantly different however, my group and the other others around us were met with about an hour of confusion Until things finally got moving. The staff is good at what they do, but it definitely seems like they need a definitive leader to guide them through chaotic nights, and it definitely needs to be someone that they trust because as the night rolled on, it was apparent that the staff was capable, but did not trust The leadership they had so there was a lot of people trying to run the ship. Food was bomb, though, once we started eating, we did not stop.

    Good food it was overbooked in there for Valentine’s Day . People had reservations for a time still had to wait 1 1/2 hours past time
