    We waited over an hour for our reservation which was very frustrating. Would be nice if the hosts called to notify people on the list if they were running behind to save us an hour of being crammed in the lobby with probably 30-40 other people waiting for their tables.

    Our chef, Shane, was fun and talented. He paid special attention to the kids at our table; engaging them and keeping them happy. The service by the wait staff was poor, but considering the reserved tables for that night were doubled from the usual 400 to 800. it can only be expected. The food was still amazing, except for our pumpkin pie which was delivered frozen. But, at least they didn't run out.

    It was fun! A little overbooked but it’s thanksgiving so not holding holding that against them. Good service and Shane the hibachi chef was awesome

    It was Thanksgiving and it was very busy. As usual the Japaneses hibachi bbq experience was lively and the chef was funny and entertaining. The dinner was really good and there was plenty to choose from for both meat eaters with steak, shrimp, chicken choices and vegetarians with a tofu choice and plenty of vegetables and rice. The company around the communal table was friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal and ate everything and also had dessert. We upgraded our dessrt from the included ice cream to a delicious banana tempura. It was unusual and so good! A great alternative to the traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner that we really enjoyed.

    Had to wait nearly an hour to be seated for a 7p reservation. The restaurant overbooks, or is aggressive on their assumptions on length of time to service a table, so go early to avoid the cascading delays. Food and table service was great, as always.

    Our cook, Jose, was ok, but not like we are used to. Makes poor jokes, throw with shrimp tails to guests and also just throw food on the floor. This was not funny. The fried rice was made after all the food, so this is burnt from the grill after the meat and also too late to eat. That was strange. It didn't went smooth, also the sauces he gave out to late, after he cooked and we already had eaten the shrimps. We asked for the sauces, but he didn't serve the sauces earlier out. Bit strange too. The cook just did his job and you could feel that. We were looking forward to this evening and especially drove 2 hrs for it. But I am not sure to be back. That is a pity while we love Benihana and especially the quality of the food and the value for money
