Das Atlas Buckhead feiert amerikanische Küche mit europäischen Einflüssen, die aus frischen Zutaten von lokalen Höfen zubereitet wird. Der Eigentümer selbst steht hier als Chefkoch am Herd und verwöhnt St. Regis mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten der Extraklasse. Consulting Chef Gerry Klaskala, Küchenchef Christopher Grossman und General Manager Jason Babb stehen ihm dabei hilfreich zur Seite. Neben seinem Menü gelingt dem Atlas sein einladendes Ambiente auch dank seines sorgfältig gestalteten Interieurs. Die smaragdgrün lackierten Wände sind mit Werken der bekanntesten Künstler des 20. Jahrhunderts, darunter Freud, Chagall, Bacon und Léger, dekoriert. Die Werke wurden aus der bekannten Lewis-Sammlung sorgfältig ausgewählt, so dass Sie hier in den Genuss kommen, diese einzigartigen Meisterstücke zu bewundern. Vom Zagat wurde das Haus als eines des "Most Hotly Anticipated" Restaurants 2015 gekürt.

                          One of the best restaurants in Atlanta, if not the very best. Absolutely deserving of that Michelin star! Impeccable service, wonderful food, every dish executed to perfection with unbelievable detail. It’s very pricey no doubt, so be prepared. Many thanks to the entire staff at Atlas who made our evening so special!

                          Great experience. Food was extremely well done and the presentation was excellent. More than anything the service was the best. Our waiter, Matt made the whole dinner very special. We celebrated my mom’s birthday and they definitely went beyond my expectations.

                          The service from the assistant was outstanding, but the main service was very lacking. While he did comp us a dessert, we waited for a very long time to get our check. Additionally, the "wagyu ragu" cavatelli required a flashlight to find any actual pieces of meat. I think in the seven bites of food that made up my main entree, I counted one tiny piece of visible meat in the dish. I understand that the food at a Michelen-starred restaurant is expensive, the portions outside of the salad were laughably small. My wife's salad vinaigrette was so bitter that we had to drink water in between each bite. For the dessert, we had "La Vie en Rose," which is a very loose vanilla parfait with two bites of a raspberry sorbet, two small pieces of meringue, along with a frozen rose. Other than the shock value of dipping a rose in liquid nitrogen and seeing frozen water vapor, the rose does nothing for the dish. For the amount of food we ate, two normal people would have been hungry with the four portions except for the extra helpings of bread that we received. Maybe the tasting menu is better, but we were all sorely disappointed with the level of service and flavour in the food. I will say that the cocktail with normal cognac instead of Louis XIII (A La Louisane) was exceptional!

                          Did the same asking menu. Excellent experience - very much in line with Michelin experiences. Food was excellent. I think my favorite was the green eggs and ham - I was not expecting it and it was brilliant. Other call outs were the scallop and caviar app, and the bass meal.

                          The overall dinner experience was superb. The service was impeccable, with a courteous, friendly, and very detailed server who made us feel at ease and explained everything we asked or needed to know. I highly recommend this place for any occasion, whether it's an anniversary or a date night. The portions are quite small but exquisite and packed with flavor. The drinks are amazing, with a premium selection of alcohol. It is an expensive place, so be prepared to spend. However, the experience will be fun, cozy, and amazing.

                          We were celebrating our first year anniversary and when made the reservation had mentioned it on my reservation. When we got there not only they didn’t acknowledge that they gave us a high top bar table. When I refused and tried checking restaurants in the area, the manager tried to give us another table in the same area on the corner! As we were the two kids seat on the corner!! Unfortunately because of Saturday night restaurant’s traffic we couldn’t find anything and stayed there. In the past I have celebrated other occasions and had a great time. The manager tried to ma up for their over booking by offering free champagne and sample appetizers! We were very disappointed and not happy that we had to celebrate our first anniversary there.
