Der Küchenchef der Area 31, Wolfgang Birk, bietet eine Auswahl an frischen Meeresfrüchten aus der Region, zubereitet mit globalen Einflüsse der Atlantic Coastal Cuisine. Der Name stammt von der "Fishing Area 31, der Vereinten Nationen, die die nahe gelegenen Gewässer rund um Miami und der Küste von Florida umfasst, und der Unterstützung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung gewidmet ist. The food was great and didn't take too long, and we had a fantastic view while we ate. Our server was lovely as well, offered to take multiple pictures of us when we were struggling with it and was very attentive to our table. Would highly recommend the scallops appetizer!

Excellent experience!!! The services provided by Marcos (our server), the food was delicious and the quality was exquisite. Not to mention the view which was breathtaking. Everything was outstanding. As a professional chef I would strongly recommend this place for a romantic dinner date or anniversary. LOVED IT!!! Chef Papo Perez 👨🏼‍🍳
