One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.
As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

    We had a lovely dinner at this neighborhood gem. We shared a nice Caesar salad. I had a fantastic Stuffed Pork Chop, my wife had the Shrimp & Scallop Puttanesca. We were both delighted! Excellent service, nice room, fairly priced. All-in-all we had a delightful experience. My only regret is that it took us too long to finally visit. We will return soon

    Always our favorite place to dine. Anthony and John are great Chefs,and their dishes reflect their love and enjoyment for what they do. Menu is just right. A few selections in every category. Appetizers, soups, salads, pastas, poultry, pork, beef and seafood. All served in with presentation in mind. Dessert and coffee, cappuccino, and tea ( regular or decaf) are a great ending to a wonderful dining experience. BYOB and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere weather it’s a romantic dinner for 2 or and group of friends.Anthony’s Creative Italian Cuisine in Haddon Hts. N.J. Is sure to please.

    Always very good service and food in a very nice space. Excellent variety on menu while keeping it very manageable. Wife is a fish lover and they always have a lot of good options, for me it’s hard not to get the stuffed pork chop.

    The food was excellent from start to finish. First course was the scallops appetizer - 3 huge diver sea scallops perfectly cooked with a little side salad and a delicious creamy dressing with a little bit of spice. Next up, the stuffed pork chop and the fillet special - both great. The pork chop is stuffed with spinach and cheese and topped with a little cherry sauce and it also comes with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. The fillet special was outstanding - perfectly cooked and covered with a blue cheese sauce and lump crabmeat - a wonderful combination - also accompanied by mashed potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was a very unusual but tasty treat - gelato with beer , cherries and chocolate. Our server, Rachel, was excellent - very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our every need It’s BYOB which we appreciate and hope it remains so because it’s definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. Thanks to everyone for another wonderful meal.
